Questions

How does the ranking work?

You add your team by first name and list the items that can be logged. With your Google profile connected, every mention in a review is worth +3 when it is positive and -3 when it is negative, with nothing for you to do. Every upsell you log is worth +1.

Who sees the scores?

Only the people who log in to your restaurant's Reputal account. Your team does not need a login, and you decide when and how to share the leaderboard with them.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Billing is monthly with no contract. Cancel whenever you want, your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.
