How does onboarding work?
You upload your documents and, once they are ready, generate the programme: training modules with a quiz after each document, plus a food safety module. Each new hire opens their link, says whether they have hospitality experience, and sees the version that fits them.
Who sees the scores?
You do, in your Reputal account: modules completed, every quiz attempt with its score, and each person's status. There is no pass mark, you decide what is good enough. Each new hire only sees their own training through their link.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is monthly with no contract. Cancel whenever you want, your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.
