Reputal Solutions was founded by Jens Oskar Gudmundsen after years in hospitality, seeing again and again what separates good teams from great ones: a culture where people care about every guest, take pride in their work and push each other to be better.
That culture is what we help restaurants build. Our tools take the busywork off managers' plates and make great service visible, so the culture that wins guests becomes part of everyday work.
Our founder also holds a master’s degree from one of the world’s leading hospitality and business schools, and every part of our software is built on that mix of academic training and real work with guests and teams.
