How does staff ranking actually work?
Two things earn points. A guest naming someone in a review is worth ±3, depending on whether the mention is positive or negative. An upsell a manager logs during a shift is worth +1.
Those points build a live leaderboard your team can see, ranked by week, month, or all time. The visibility is what drives the competition.
Do I need new hardware or a POS integration?
No. There is nothing to install and nothing to connect to your point-of-sale.
Reviews come through your existing Google Business Profile. Upsells are logged in seconds on one in-app screen, with no register or kitchen system involved.
Where does the onboarding content come from?
Your own documents. Upload the handbooks, menus, food safety guides and licenses you already have, and Reputal turns them into structured modules.
Nothing is invented. If a policy is not in the material you uploaded, it does not appear in the training, and each document ends with a short quiz so you can see what actually landed.
How long does setup take?
Most restaurants are live within a few days. Your onboarding fee covers connecting your Google Business Profile, calibrating your reply tone, an initial reputation audit, and a walkthrough call, so you are not figuring it out alone.
Will review replies actually sound like me, not a generic AI bot?
That is the whole point of the tone calibration step during onboarding. Every draft is written in your restaurant's voice, not a generic template.
You review and edit any reply before it goes out, or switch on auto-posting once you trust it.
Do I need all three features?
No. Each stands alone. Most restaurants start with reviews and add ranking or onboarding later, and the more you add, the more you save.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Billing is monthly with no contract. Cancel whenever you want, your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again after that.
Is staff ranking visible to customers?
No. It's an internal tool for your team only, guests never see it.
What is the consultation session?
An optional 30 minute session with Jens, EUR 50 per session, not included in the monthly price. Once you are subscribed, book and pay for it any time from your settings page, up to once per calendar month.
